Prana is energy or Vital Life-Force which through explored ideal breathing practices will purify the nerves, make the mind positive and calm, enhance psychic abilities, and help to awaken the Kundalini, resulting in Divine Perception. Calm and rhythmic breathing is the 1st step towards a personal meditation practice. In Meditation one can find a state of pure consciousness and peace within.

This invaluable cleansing and detoxification program helps purify the physical body, mind, intellect and the subtle bodies. Sessions include a focus on Yama and Niyama secrets that will build a strong foundation for Self-Knowledge and gradually awaken amazing mental or psychic powers. Pranayama or breathing exercises explored will include only the ideal ones to purify the nerves, make the mind positive, calm the mind, enhance psychic abilities and help to awaken and raise the Kundalini up to the head, resulting in Divine Perception. Spiritual discourses will treat such essential topics as: Yama (the universal ethical rules) and Niyama (yogic observances), the foundation of all practice, the Kriyas (the best of the purification techniques), the Kleshas (the five root causes of all pain and suffering), the Koshas (the mystical five-fold sheath that conceals the Supreme Self) and how to surrender the ego or will to the Almighty One. Exposure to this essential knowledge and its application within the framework of everyday life will dispel impurities, ignorance and, eventually, all doubts from the mind. Meditation is concentration without interruption. Ancient techniques will be learned directly from Sri Dharma Mittra, one who has mastered and disseminated them for almost half a century. Meditation stimulates the Pituitary and Pineal glands at the base of the brain, balancing all systems of the body and enhancing mental sharpness.
