Dharma Yoga Shiva Namaskar Vinyasas
are challenging and physically absorbing vinyasa series created
by Sri Dharma Mittra for the Dharma Gentle, I, II, III, IV, and V
practices. They reintegrate the flow of prana throughout
the spinal column and facilitate the movement of the vital life force
deep into all areas of the physical, metabolic, intuitive and bliss
bodies. This promotes harmony within all these layers so a concentrated
state of radiant health is achieved. The highest crowning meditative
asanas, pranayamas (breathing techniques), and Yoga
Nidra (psychic sleep), which are embedded in the deep roots of Sri
Dharma Mittra's teachings, are also imparted to the students.

Holy Satsang
Satsang is a Sanskrit word which can be translated as a "gathering in the company with the wise". It is the traditional method of supporting the spiritualization of the student, sadhaka, or disciple with the teacher or Guru. There is both a non-verbal and verbal transmission to the aspirant from the teacher. It is also a means to honor the teacher for all the work they have done for the student in imparting the teachings and understanding of universal truth to them. Satsang will now be made available to all students weekly. Do not miss this wonderful opportunity to sit in the company of Sri Dharma Mittra and special guests. Held the first Thursday of every month.
Kirtan
Devotional chanting offered by donation. Bhakti Yoga is the yoga of
devotion to the True Inner Self. Calling for or chanting the names
of the Divine is considered the simplest method to find peace. The
Hanuman
Chalisa, a 40 verse Bhajan in praise of Hanuman, is chanted 11
times on the third Friday of each month. Everyone can come and sing!
Dharma Yoga Asana Clinic
is offered every third Saturday of the month. These valuable clinics
will focus on proper placement and alignment in the practice of each
posture. You will also learn the spiritual intention of the poses.
As Sri Dharma Mittra always says in class: “Each posture is
