"I am only here to share my knowledge with others, and to help them make quick and rapid progress on the path of yoga, without much of the suffering I experienced." DM

For an opportunity to study directly with Sri Dharma Mittra or his appointed senior disciples, please register for any of these workshops with the venues listed below. All workshops taught by Dharma unless noted otherwise. "I attended the Yoga Journal Conference in Boston and have become so inspired by the session with Dharma Mittra. I can't believe that I didn't know who he was. I signed up for his workshop on a whim. I can't put into words how much I loved that class. I bought the Maha Sadhana Level 1 and have been doing the intermediate session as my daily sadhana. If I am having an off day, I listen to one of the spiritual discourses and I am uplifted every time. Since taking that course I have become a vegetarian again and my meditation practice has deepened. I have been teaching yoga for seven years and have been looking for a teacher for myself. I have sampled many. Felt inspired for a bit and then it fades away. Not so with Dharma Mittra. I kept waiting for the glow to fade but it hasn't. I read somewhere that when the student is ready the teacher appears. I believe that that has finally happened for me. I am so excited that I will be taking his intensive at the Omega Being Yoga in New York in October. I can't wait! At a time when I was feeling a bit jaded, he re-lit my soul! I am hoping to study at the center June of 2009 for the Life of a Yogi course. Thank you thank you thank you. Shanti," Holly "I remember Dharma Mittra at the conference as shooting an arrow of love juice into my heart and I can't seem to shake it! I would be honored to host this great master. Love." Stephanie "Thank you for your teachings and dedication to the essence of yoga. My life has changed since I met you in Arizona in July in the most positive way. I'll continue the Maha Sadhana practice and look forward to another intensive soon. Namaste." Sabra "Dear Dharma, I would like to thank you for participating and for making our 2006 Annual Yoga Journal Conference at Estes Park such an amazing success. We all enjoyed a beautiful week of yoga in the Rockies! Yoga Journal is grateful to have had the opportunity to host you. Thank you for your support and contribution to our conference. Thank you, and I look forward to our continued collaboration in yoga." John D. "I loved his class so much. I can't put into words the experience I had in class. It brought so much to my life and my practice. He is truly a loving, kind man. Finally, a famous yogi who is down to earth and just pure genuine." Cindy "There are not words to express the feelings of love, gratitude and peace in my heart which open every time I am fortunate enough to practice with Dharma. I am deeply honored, humbled and inspired to be a student in his presence. My life changes for the better every time I see him and my smile is brighter." Aimee "I must tell you that the 2 day workshop in Utah spent in the
joyous company of Sri Dharma has made a great impact on my personal
practice. I feel that I was meant to be there, that my spirit attracted
the teacher and his teachings into my life just now. When Sri Dharma
said, " I know that some of you have been practicing the same Yoga over
and over for the past 30 years," I was all ears as my practice had gotten
stagnant and kind of boring. I had even stopped teaching in my local
community last summer. Over the past 7 years, I had enjoyed teaching
and had a small group of dedicated, once-a-week practioners. Now I am
teaching again!! And incorporating several things that I re-learned
in Dharma's class. Such as starting the class with 3 Om's, pranayama,
warm-up and then asana. I like the format and it helps keep me on track
in teaching. |
