200-hour Life of a Yogi Teacher Training
This program is an exploration of yoga with emphasis placed on mastering both physically and through teaching the Dharma I and Dharma Gentle series. Also covered at the 200-hour level are: physical anatomy, psychic anatomy, Pranayama, Deep Relaxation and philosophy discourses.
500-hour Life of a Yogi Teacher Training
This program is an opportunity for certified 200-hour teachers of both Dharma Yoga and other lineages to take an in-depth look at the entire sacred science of yoga through the lens of Sri Dharma Mittra’s almost half century of practice and teaching. The emphasis is on taking one’s personal practice to the next level and on mastering all aspects of the Dharma II and Dharma III series.
800-hour Life of a Yogi Teacher Training
The 800-hour program is an advanced and intense immersion focusing on Psychic Development, Dharma IV and Yoga Nidra and requires an advanced and committed regular practice of all applicants seeking admission. According to Sri Dharma Mittra, applicants must have been practicing yoga regularly for at least one year, must be reverent, strictly vegetarian, disciplined, obedient, moderate in sleep and diet, already possess some degree of self-control and already possess some desire for liberation.
