
200 Hour Teacher Training

The Dharma Yoga Life of a Yogi (DY LOAY TT) 200-hour Teacher Training is an exploration of the classical, yet modern Dharma Yoga Method, with an emphasis placed on mastering both physically and through teaching the Dharma I and Dharma Gentle class series. All teacher trainings are now being offered both live, in-person at the Dharma Yoga Center and are live streamed through Zoom, simultaneously recorded, and then available to all participants on demand through Teachable for one calendar year.

Requirements
The main requirement is to have a desire to help others and guide them on their yoga journey. All applicants are required to have had at least 50 hours of Dharma Yoga instruction. To the extent possible, such instruction should consist of attending classes with Sri Dharma Mittra, retreats or workshops with him, or classes with Dharma Yoga Registered Teachers (DYRTs) who have extensive training under him. If necessary, you can also satisfy this requirement by attending Sri Dharma Mittra’s classes via Zoom or on demand.
Schedule
Days will begin at 7am Eastern and end around 9pm Eastern. There will be one main mid-day break for lunch as well as 10 minute breaks throughout.

Application fee: $150 (non-refundable)

Please note there is a booklist as part of this training and all costs associated with supplies are not included in the tuition.
Applications are processed in the order they are received, so we recommend applying early to ensure availability. The application fee can be paid online after submitting your application form. Please note that the final application deadline is 14 days prior to the start date of any offered DY LOAY Teacher Training.
All tuition payment details will be provided upon acceptance into the program. Payment plans are not available, and full tuition must be received at least two weeks before the training begins. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your space may be forfeited.
