75 Hour Teacher Training
The Dharma Yoga Life of a Yogi (DY LOAY TT) 75-Hour Teacher Training is an 8-day intensive, offered both online and in-person, that mixes regular DYC classes with intensive-specific sessions. All sessions will be recorded and archived for on demand viewing for 12 months on Teachable. This training is open to those that have completed their 200 and/or 500-Hour DY LOAY certification with us. A digital certificate will be provided upon completion of the program.

Topics Covered
This is the inaugural 75-Hour DY LOAY TT "Dharma's Choice: The Essence of Dharma Yoga". Open to those that have completed their 200 and/or 500-Hour DY LOAY certification with us. As Sri Dharma Mittra often says: "Everything needs an update." While the essence of yoga stays constant, Sri Dharma is constantly striving to make his teaching as focused and relevant as possible for the person of today. In this TT, we will introduce a new series based on Sri Dharma's All Level Complete Practice and get to know it well through detailed, interactive breakdowns and teaching within small groups. We will also debut an updated companion to the LOAY Teachers' Manual that has been in the works since the fall of 2025 and that will be presented through a variety of sessions as part of this TT.

Schedule
Days will begin around 8/9am New York Time and end around 5/6pm New York Time. There will be one 60-90 minute break midday each day.

There is no application process for this training, please register directly using the appropriate link below. Due to the small group teaching component, we are unable to offer a hybrid option and you will need to choose either in-person or online attendance. In order to be eligible for this training you must have already completed a DYLOAY 200 or 500-Hour training with us. Eligibility will be checked thoroughly.
